KONAMI debuts PES 2017 ‘Trial Edition’, offering easy access to 2016/17 PES LEAGUE season

Sydney, 25 November 2016 – As Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. looks to establish its highly-regarded PES 2017 title as a key eSports player, the publisher has today released a special ‘Trial’ Edition of the game, offering key game modes and full access to this year’s official PES LEAGUE competition starting from December, on PlayStation®3 and PlayStation®4 in Europe, and globally on Steam, today. The Xbox One version will launch globally, November 26th. The PlayStation®3 and PlayStation®4 version will launch in the Americas on November 28th.

PES 2017 Trial Edition is a free download that gives users access to key PES 2017 content. At its very heart is the famed gameplay that has won countless praise for its realism and intuitive controls. The Trial Edition allows the user to play matches with nine fully licensed teams from both club and national competitions. FC Barcelona, Arsenal FC, and Club Atlético de Madrid represent the cream of Europe, while Boca Juniors, Club Atlético River Plate, Sport Club Corinthians Paulista and Clube de Regatas do Flamengo showcase the South American talent in the full game. The German and French national teams are also available, giving a spectacular cross section of talent and playing styles to the novice PES player.

Matches are played within stunning recreations of the Camp Nou and Neu Sonne Arena, and the PES 2017 Trial Edition also allows full access to the Skills Training section, as well as access to the new dedicated PES LEAGUE mode. The in-game PES LEAGUE mode has been created to make accessing the Official PES eSport competition much simpler. Don Bradman Cricket 17 Release Date Revealed!

Cricket fans from around the world, get that scorecard ready for December 22!

Sydney, November 25: Home Entertainment Suppliers and Big Ant Studios have today announced the release date for the hotly anticipated Don Bradman 17.

Throughout Don Bradman Cricket 17, players will have access to the most authentic and realistic cricket game of all time. Featuring fully motion-captured players, stadium, player, team and logo creator modes, and for the first time in a cricket game, female players, this year’s game offers cricket fans dozens upon dozens of hours of precise, accurate gameplay.

“We have built completely new batting, bowling and fielding mechanics based on player feedback,” Big Ant Studios CEO, Ross Symons said. “With Don Bradman 17 releasing right in the heart of the Aussie cricket season, we’re looking forward to players recreating the classic moments of the summer of cricket in their homes.”

“We were overwhelmed by the success of our first run at Don Bradman Cricket,” Symons added. “To this day players from around the world play it daily, whether they are simulating their favourite test team matchups, or playing games with as little as one over each side. The game will be available through retail and digital channels on December 22, and will be released on the Xbox One, the all-in-one games and entertainment system from Microsoft, and the PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system. A PC (Steam) will be available one month later.

• Relative steering
  One of the big requests for keyboard users was being able to steer the airplane left and right. Player can now switch from direct to relative controls in the options menu.
• First Whale: Minke
  There has been a rare sighting above Granaria! A Minke whale is roaming the space above the city. Fishermen’s dreams have awakened. Who will be the one to defeat the giant and bring it back down?
• Harpoon
  It’s finally here! The most sophisticated hunting machinery for the modern skyfish fisherman.
  Anything you shoot at the harpoon will stick to and you will be able to reel-in all those fantastic prizes.
• New fish: Dodolphin
  A friendly and highly-valuable large fish inhabiting the higher skylayers. Some say it isn’t even a fish, but who knows.
• New fish: Lionfish
  Feisty territorial competitors of the higher regions. Many fishermen who thought of fish as easy prey have met their end in a swarm of angry Lionfish. They fetch a great price, though.
• New fish: Cratefish
  Fish, which looks like a health pack.
  Sometimes nature saves creatures from predators by giving them the ability to blend in wonderfully into their environment. A very clever and majestic trick.
  This is certainly not the case for the cratefish though.
• Return animation
  Instead of Amelia just vanishing when returning and crashing, you can now see her getting back down. Does this help you in any way? Not really… but at least it should make it more clear why you lose your airplane.
• Life ring loss
  The life rings of enemies and Amelia show now more accurately when life is lost.
  Red segments will fly out every time damage is received.
• Weapon cooldown visualization
  You can now check the cooldown of each weapon in a small reticule around the target cursor.
  Unsure when you can use that Skysweeper again? This should help you to perfect that rhythm.

The Fishing For Giants content update also brings with it new randomization, new values, new balancing. The universe has changed, so game progress has been wiped. Everything player owned is gone.

New Dinos and Creatures!

Achatina Limusegnis: Slow and steady, that’s the best way to describe the Achatina, a land mollusk standing about 2-3 ft tall. Prized by local tribes, the Achatina is often captured and tamed for its glue-like secretions, which can be used as an adhesive when building various structures.

Megalosaurus Noctedominus: The scary nighttime predator Megalosaurus is a beast that causes both survivors and other land creatures to fear the dark. Megalosaurus is a voracious carnivore, and is often trained for use in nighttime raids against other survivor camps.

Moschops Cibumutante: While on the subject of cowardly dinos, there’s the Moschops, another new addition in this update. Moschops defines fear, as in fear-ful, since the slightest provocation sends it running. This dino’s “special ability” is that it can eat just about anything and do just fine. This makes it particularly useful when domesticated and trained to eat specific materials – for example, teach it to focus on chewing a specific material, and that resource will become easier to harvest. Just remember that everything scares this breed of dino and it will flee without hesitation!

Pachyrhinosaurus Mitisaura: A bit of a scaredy-cat, the Pachyrhinosaurus doesn’t stick around when things get dangerous, as being a medium-sized herbivore doesn’t offer many attack opportunities. Its docility nature does make it useful as an easy-to-train mount for new riders, and its ability to produce a calming “scent” when in danger, helps keep survivors safe. The Pachyrhinosaurus can also reverse the effect of its scent cloud, making nearby creatures incredibly aggressive, which is sometimes useful in attacking other camps.

Patch 252 also introduces a vast redesign of the original caves on The Island! They will undergo a complete visual makeover, introducing new gameplay and stunning scenery. FINAL FANTASY RETURNS TO PUZZLE & DRAGONS WITH A NEW DUNGEON, NEW CHARACTERS, AND MORE!

El Segundo, Calif. – Nov. 23, 2016 – GungHo Online Entertainment America, Inc. announced today that the classic role-playing series FINAL FANTASY® from Square Enix will once again be returning to the mobile gaming phenomenon Puzzle & Dragons in a special collaboration running from November 28 to December 11.

The fan-favorite collaboration expands upon the previous ones by introducing six new characters, a new dungeon, Ultimate Evolutions, and bosses from the iconic series. The FINAL FANTASY-themed Rare Egg Machine now includes 24 beloved characters, such as Yuna, Lightning, and Noctis, spanning the series for fans to collect and employ in combat. Glauca from KINGSGLAIVE FINAL FANTASY XV will also be available exclusively at the MP shop.

Two dungeons will be returning, while a brand new dungeon makes its debut! These dungeons, which will include weapons for players to Skill Up matching FINAL FANTASY characters, will be added to the game:

Techland discloses Glaive character class details and video for Torment: Tides of Numenera

November 23, 2016 – Wroclaw, Poland Techland is pleased to announce details on the ‘Glaive’ character class, making its debut in Torment: Tides of Numenera.

Glaives are the elite warriors of the Ninth World – brandishing a diverse range of weaponry and offering a balance between might and speed. They are also the only class who can attack twice in one turn. Glaives engage in direct combat and enjoy a high defence rating. If you’re looking to develop a warrior with slow and powerful attacks, capable of absorbing lots of damage, or one who relies more on speed and agility then the Glaive should be your character of choice.

Torment: Tides of Numenera is an epic role-playing-game set across Monte Cook’s stunning science-fantasy world that takes place a billion years into the future.
