As you’d expect, PrinceS’ level sees players tackling a golf course, but this isn’t your average 18 holes. From everyone at 2K, we hope that you and your families are all well and safe. We also hope our games and the vibrant communities you have created around them are continuing to bring you joy and help you stay connected and engaged during these uncertain times. We are extremely fortunate to be in the entertainment industry and it’s a privilege and responsibility we don’t take lightly.

With that in mind, we’ve got news to share in the world of WWE 2K video games and want to give you a candid look at the road ahead.

Let’s begin with a surprise… We’ve got two words for you: NEW GAME! We’re thrilled to introduce you to WWE 2K Battlegrounds, a completely new WWE gaming experience that will feature arcade-style action and over-the-top Superstar designs, environments and moves. We’re focusing on social pick-up-and-play fun, but with plenty of depth for those who want to get way into it.

Whether you’re a casual gamer just learning the ropes or a passionate fan ready for all the action, WWE 2K Battlegrounds provides another way to enjoy WWE video game action. The game is being developed by Saber Interactive, the studio behind NBA 2K Playgrounds, who have been hard at work on WWE 2K Battlegrounds and are excited to let you smell what they’re cookin’.

WWE 2K Battlegrounds is scheduled to launch this spring and we look forward to sharing more information about the game in the coming months.

Next, we want to address WWE 2K20. We’ve heard and appreciate your feedback, and continue to listen to you closely. Since launch, we’ve released five title updates, addressing hundreds of reported concerns, and have released four WWE 2K20 OriginalsDLC expansions to build on and improve the experience. We’ve also heard your requests to keep the WWE 2K19 servers running; they will remain active for the time being.

All of that being said, we hear you and we know you want more from the franchise, so here’s what we’re going to do: we are applying what we’ve learned to the next WWE 2K simulation game with a renewed focus on quality and fun. As part of that commitment, we are extending the production timeline and will not be releasing a WWE 2K simulation game in 2020 (T2 fiscal year 2021). We want to ensure the development team at Visual Concepts can create a great game that will entertain grizzled WWE 2K veterans, as well as newcomers who want to climb through the ropes and step into the ring for the very first time.

We’ve recruited Patrick Gilmore to serve as our new Executive Producer and lead these efforts at Visual Concepts. Patrick has over 25 years of experience in video games, reaching all the way back to Disney’s Aladdin on Sega Genesis, and including franchises like Killer Instinct, Medal of Honor, and, most recently, Amazon’s New World. He will be overseeing WWE 2K development, and you’ll be hearing more from him and the team in the months to come.

We hope you find this news as exciting as we do. We are confident it will lead to better games in the future.

Finally, we want to take a moment to thank you for your continued enthusiasm for WWE SuperCard. Now in its sixth season, WWE SuperCard recently achieved a milestone of more than 20 million installs as it continues to entertain legions of players with its unique approach to collectible card battling action. All New Story Chapter, In-Game Events, and Final Boss Battles Await Players Today

LOS ANGELES – APRIL 27, 2020 Netmarble Corp today issued a new update to its cinematic adventure mobile roleplaying game (RPG) The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross, introducing the Holy Knight Escanor as a collectible character for players. The latest update also features new characters, events and much more to experience.

Starting today, the Holy Knight Escanor character can be acquired by players. As the last of The Seven Deadly Sins to be added, Escanor is one of the most popular characters in the series and brings a very strong attack power and attractive skills to the player’s arsenal of collectible characters.

Additionally, a special event now allows players to acquire the Sacred Axe Rhitta, Escanor’s weapon. To gain access to his sacred Treasure, players must complete the in-game ‘Sacred Axe Rhitta’ event in order to use his weapon.

One of the main features of The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross, the Final Boss Battle, is also now unlocked. In this mode, players can experience more colorful fun through a whole new combat of differentiated pattern and style and acquire various rewards including King’s original costume with coins given once the battle is complete. Depending on a player’s ranking, other special items can be obtained as well.

Other enhancements made to The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross include:

  • Chapter 8: An all-new chapter of The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross is available for players to experience
  • Costumes: Players can also access special costume set including Escanor’s original costume through in-app purchase.

The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross translates the storytelling and adventures of The Seven Deadly Sins, into a highly engaging and entertaining mobile gaming experience. The game features stunning, high-resolution 3D graphics, over 100 dramatic cutscenes, and is brought to life with the cast of the original Japanese voice actors reprising their characters. Recently, the game surpassed three million cumulative downloads one week following its March 3 global launch.

LOS ANGELES — April 24, 2020 — #GamersVSCovid, a charity streamathon in support of Direct Relief’s Covid-19 Fund for Community Health, kicks off this Sunday, 26 April with free-to-enter, donation-encouraged tournaments featuring Fortnite hosted by Team SoloMid’s ZexRow and Reverse2k, YouTube sensation Michelle Phan, former NBA pro Nate Robinson, and other fan-favorite content creators.

The 12-hour streamathon will be hosted by ScrimToWin, the esports tournament platform designed for creators and gamers alike, to easily connect in bracket-style tournaments. In collaboration with Logitech G, Razer, and Streamlabs, ScrimToWin’s #GamersVSCovid features dozens of fan-favorite content creators and pro gamers hosting tournaments anyone can join.

#GamersVSCovid invites anyone to enter these free creator qualifiers and pledge their support for the cause by making a donation for Direct Relief. From each of these creator qualifiers, a winner will emerge and go on to compete in the finals for the grand prize.

The action kicks off at 8:00 a.m. PST, with featured creators being highlighted each hour of the event. Throughout the day, the community will have a shot at stellar prizes from sponsors Logitech G and Razer, including state-of-the-art gaming computers, keyboards, and signed jerseys and mousepads. Prizes will be awarded to those tuning into ScrimToWin on Twitch.

Since January, the humanitarian aid organization has supplied millions of masks, gloves, coveralls, and other personal protective equipment to health workers. All proceeds from #GamersVSCovid will go to Direct Relief’s Covid-19 Fund for Community Health, which has received multi-million dollar support from 3M and Sean “Diddy” Combs.
