Sydney, AU and Oddworld, CA – June 25, 2020 – Oddworld Inhabitants Inc. and Microids team up to announce that the physical version of the classic game Oddworld: Munch’s Oddysee will be coming to Australian retail stores August 25th for Nintendo Switch.
Currently available on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch, Oddworld: Munch’s Oddysee is an adventure game with an ecological heart ported to the world’s most innovative and popular handheld, tabletop, and traditional all-in-one gaming console.
The voices for Oddworld: Munch’s Oddysee will be available in the following languages: French, German, Spanish and Italian!
Owners of the game will have the possibility to download a free patch for all of the game’s dialogue.
Oddworld: Munch’s Oddysee storyline:
The story begins with you playing as a Gabbit named Munch, the hero of the Oddest Oddysee of all. Munch’s luck is about to change – for the worse.
How would you feel if you broke your leg in a scrab trap, were abducted by soulless scientists, had an alien device implanted in your skull, and found out your race had been hunted to extinction?
Due to the rich variety of consumer products derived from the Gabbit species, their legacy has nearly come to its end. For the amphibious Gabbit, there is only one lonely individual that survives. However, it will not be spotted where one might typically find such a Gabbit. This one is currently an entrapped test subject within the horrible animal testing facility known as Vykkers Labs. It is up to you to help guide Munch in his efforts to rescue fellow test creatures. These critters will be forever loyal to Munch and in turn enable his escape.
Once free, Munch teams up with Abe and together they are guided by the wisdom of the Almighty Raisin. They are informed as to how to accomplish their goals, but in order to do so, they must work together. For Munch, his dream is to bring back his species from the brink of extinction. For Abe, it is to rescue his Mudokon buddies.
You can “switch” between Munch and Abe depending on the situation. Using special psychic powers, cool power-ups, and other special abilities to deliver payback to the Vykkers, Abe and Munch set out to reclaim the last gabbit eggs on Oddworld, which have been packaged in a can of gabbiar.

SYDNEY, 25th June 2020 – Today, SQUARE ENIX® released the first Marvel’s Avengers War Table digital stream providing the most in-depth look yet at Marvel’s Avengers.
The Marvel’s Avengers War Table offers players a world premiere look at new trailers, including a first showing of new Thor gameplay in his, “Once an Avenger” campaign hero mission. This playthrough follows The God of Thunder as he battles enemies with powerful lightning strikes, unleashes a barrage of Mjolnir attacks, and performs many other signature heroic moves solo and with AI Avengers teammates.
The stream also offers more details on the game’s central villain, MODOK (Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing), who Marvel fans will recognize as the artificially mutated, super intelligent overlord of AIM (Advanced Idea Mechanics).
Lastly, Crystal Dynamics revealed brand-new information about War Zones the game’s team-based missions, including their structure and how the Avengers become even more powerful when working together. War Zones can be played either solo with AI hero companions, or in co-op groups of up to four players. The stream also revealed more of the game’sworld, from AIM’s research facilities to a derelict helicarrier, all of which can be explored by players to earn new rewards, gear, and experience points.
Marvel’s Avengers War Table Digital Stream can be viewed here:
Marvel’s Avengers offers players a truly rich experience, with a combination of Hero Missions and War Zones. Hero Missions are single-player only and are part of the initial Campaign. They are designed to showcase each hero’s unique abilities as you reassemble your growing roster. War Zones can be played solo or with a group of up to four players as any Hero in your roster. Each mission dynamically scales based on the team size and player level.
Players in Marvel’s Avengers will also be able to customize Earth’s Mightiest Heroes in a number of ways. While each Super Hero will play true to their unique power sets, each will have the flexibility to play differently based on the gear you equip them with and the skills you enable, so no two player’s heroes will play in exactly the same way. Each hero has dynamic combo systems, Heroic moves, an intrinsic ability, and signature move sets to unlock and customize – many inspired by classic moves from the 80 years of history in all media, others crafted as originals just for this game.
Players also customize these iconic Super Heroes with classic, fan-favourite, and all-new original outfits inspired by over 80-years of Marvel history, including Iron Man’s suit from the 2014 Original Sin storyline, or Thor’s Donald Blake identity, which is a nod to an alias of Thor’s who first appeared in 1962’s Journey into Mystery issue 83.
Marvel’s Avengers is an ambitious game, starting with a global high-stakes race to rebuild the Avengers. But that’s just the beginning. To ensure a continuing heroic experience for all players, the narrative of Marvel’s Avengers expands, and threats escalate with each new post-release Super Hero, region and story arc delivered to players at no additional cost once they own the core game.
Finally, in case you missed it, earlier this week SQUARE ENIX announced that Marvel’s Avengers will be available on PlayStation®5 and Xbox Series X when the consoles launch in Holiday 2020. Players who own the current-gen version of the game will be able to upgrade to the next-gen version at no additional cost, regardless if players are moving from PlayStation® 4 to PlayStation 5 or Xbox One to Xbox Series X. Those moving their saves to next-gen will transfer their player profiles and progression so they can pick up right where they left off. In addition, cross-gen play will be supported so PS5™ players will be able to play with their friends on PS4™ and Xbox Series X players will be connected with their friends on Xbox One.
Marvel’s Avengers will release simultaneously for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on September 4, 2020.

JERUSALEM, June 24th 2020 – Capricia Productions games studio is excited to announce the joining of Danny Worsnop (Asking Alexandria) to the game “Of Bird and Cage“, which is currently under development. Danny will be performing the vocal parts for the character Ari who is in a romantic relationship with the game’s protagonist Gitta, voiced by Kobra Paige from Kobra and the Lotus.
“Of Bird and Cage” is the first rock/metal album completely produced as a story-driven narrative video game, aspiring to establish a new gaming genre of interactive musicals. The project features an array of other well-known musicians like Ron ‘Bumblefoot’ Thal (ex-Guns N’ Roses) Rob van der Loo (Epica), Ruud Jolie (Within Temptation), Casey Grillo (Kamelot), Rocky Grey (ex-Evanescence) and many others.
Danny’s vocal parts have already been recorded, and Capricia’s development team believes that he has introduced a whole new level of complexity to the character, who is one of the most challenging roles within the game. “It was an absolute honor to work with Danny. He is a professional, and he understood that in this case, he was not just singing a “normal” vocal line, but voicing a complicated character, who already has his own personality and voice. We believe Danny not only captured Ari perfectly, but also added his own personality to the character and made him even more interesting“, says Arnold Nesis, Capricia’s CEO and music composer/producer.
There is still no official release date for “Of Bird and Cage”, but we can reveal that the game is coming very soon and we are planning to make it available no later than early 2021. However, gamers can already wishlist “Of Bird and Cage” on Steam. The game will also be available on Xbox, PlayStation and Switch.
Regarding his participation, Danny said “We’ve had a lot of fun making this – it’s an entirely new approach, an entirely new concept and a way to absorb the video game platform that I believe you guys are going to enjoy. There are a lot of incredible other musicians who’ve been involved in the casting, the creation, the scoring and the performance within this video game and I would just want to say thank you to all of them who’ve been involved, and thank you to everyone who has created Of Bird and Cage for having me on board.“

New Papua Crinea island has players experience an ancient war from a very fluffy perspective. Recently revamped Game Packages go on sale starting this Thursday (25/6 16:55 UTC)
Amsterdam, The Netherlands — June 24, 2020 — Kakao Games and Pearl Abyss shared a new update for the hit MMO Black Desert Online. With the addition of the new ‘Papau Crinea’ island, players can enjoy a new storyline on a tropical island. The recently revamped game packages are also going on sale later this week(25/6 16:55 UTC).
The Papus and Otters, cute diminutive furred races from the world of Black Desert Online, have been at odd with each other for a long time on the island of Papua Crinea. In this new update, players can learn more about their conflict via a storyline that explores both perspectives of the conflict.
This perspective will also be quite literal because players will be transformed into the cute furred humanoids during the story, it’s the only way for them to successfully interact with the Papus and Otters.
To start their adventure on the high seas, players will first have to join the Lamute Gang from which they will be directed to the island of Papua Crinea which lies in the ocean of Margoria, the enormous body of water that was added in the earlier eponymous expansion and expanded even further in last year’s Great Expedition update.
Players interested in Black Desert Online can sign up for the 7-day free trial via the Black Desert Online official website, where they can also learn more about game updates and events.

LONDON (June 24, 2020) – Publisher The Irregular Corporation and developer Chasing Carrots announced today that the popular early access simulation game Good Company is getting an update today giving players access to new features to help streamline managing their businesses while also allowing them a deeper level of control. The most notable part of the update is the addition of Work Zones, which automate logistics connections for players allowing them greater flexibility. Among the rest of the updates are new production machines, special conveyor belt segments, a new Freeplay map called The Sunny Beach and more (https://store.steampowered.com/app/911430/Good_Company/).
The Work Zone enhancement in Good Company allows for anything built within Work Zones to automatically have their logistics connections created, meaning that players spend less time editing their connections and are now free to experiment with their setups and focus on the bigger picture of helping their companies succeed to new heights.
Since initial release, the development team has received a myriad of positive feedback from the community. The team has made a focused effort to consider each fan’s feedback and carefully consider it for future updates, and they will continue to do so moving forward.
Special conveyor belt segments now allow players to decide what goes onto (and what comes off) conveyor belts, instead of the previous static A-to-B transportation style. Belts can also be elevated off the floor to free up space and unblock the staff.
Players can look forward to building up and improving their company output and workflow with other key enhancements including:
