New Etheria: Restart Season Begins Today, Adding Huge Incentives For New And Returning Players

New Animus, skins, rewards and more

Shanghai, China February 5, 2026 | XD Games is excited to announce that Etheria: Restart Season SS3 Auric Warcry has launched today and runs through 5 April 2026.

With SS3, XD Games is focused on welcoming new and returning players to Etheria: Restart. For veteran players, there is a limited-time Animus Reconfiguration event, which will give them three opportunities to reset their owned Animuses. Reconfiguration will return Animuses to their original Star level, level, and Prowess Empower. All lattices, Shadowprints, Investigation Records, Prowess materials, and Etheria Coins used on an Animus will be refunded once that Animus has been reset.

Returning players are introduced to our new system: Dormant Coffer. This new feature allows players to accumulate and store up to 60 days of unclaimed resources while they are offline. Once they sign-in, they can claim the lot.

Also, SS3’s seasonal servers are full of things that will aid anyone new to Etheria: Restart. Players that create a character on the new Auric Warcry servers will get a 14-day double-drop buff, and the Growth Boost event cap has been increased from level 30 to level 100. Additionally, a safeguard mechanism has been implemented that won’t match players with level 100 players in the Summit Arena until they’ve reached Diamond rank or hit level 100 themselves.

A pair of brand new Animus make their debut today, too: Kethos and Bornova. Kethos – the 12th executioner of R.C.S. and the very first Kinetic-type Animus in Etheria: Restart – was also once a world-renowned artist obsessed with sculpting, theatrical staging and dramas, and that flair is clear once you see this Animus in combat. On top of providing excellent tactical support for his team via an exclusive passive that allows him to take over ally turns, Kethos’ ostentatiously inflicts damage on enemies with his iron maiden, Blood Maiden.

Another Animus available from today is the shadow operative, Bornova. A member of the E.O.S. Security Defense Bureau’s 3rd Special Operations Unit, Bornova is an offence-oriented DPS Animus, whose exclusive passive enhances damage against single targets.

Kethos and Bornova aren’t the only Animus joining Etheria: Restart for the new season. On 26 February, Xuanli – the co-director of DOKI Entertainment – and Gianc – former resident of the Nightmares – will join the game. And, on 19 March, Elysian Prison military officer Asal, and E.O.S. Security Defense Bureau inspector Airon, will be added to the roster.

SS3 Auric Warcry is also expanding on previously introduced features from last season’s SS2 Rime Tiara. In Arena Realm event Summit Brawl, players can now select any 3 Animus from their roster to battle in their MAX form, meaning those characters will have maxed out levels and skills. Additionally, cross-server, global matchmaking is coming to competitive PvP mode, RTA. This update is expected to go live mid-season.

For more on everything mentioned here, as well as information on some additional events, challenges, and skills, check out the Hypertalk: SS3 Season Auric Warcry preview on the official Etheria: Restart YouTube channel.

Etheria: Restart is available to play for free now on PC, iOS, and Android.

Everwind Development Update Highlights Improvements Ahead of Early Access Release

Prague, February 5th, 2026 – Bohemia Interactive and Enjoy Studio are back with the latest development update for Everwind, which outlines major world, combat, and system improvements. The developers are also glad to officially announce the release window of the early access version.

For starters, let’s look back at the inspiring success of the Steam Next Fest demo, as it marked a significant milestone for Everwind’s development process. More than 355,000 players tried the demo, generating over 1,500 user reviews with an 86% positive rating, which placed the game among the most played demos of the event. This warm response has been both humbling and truly appreciated, and it has been shaping the internal priorities ever since, as the development has shifted back to the foundations of the game: the world itself.

The procedural island generator has been heavily reworked to create more natural shapes, deeper terrain layers, and more visually distinct biomes. Islands now feature steeper cliffs, rugged mountains, hidden caves, and far more verticality. Moreover, the environment of biomes has been expanded with more structures and lore objects, and altitude-based biomes are being introduced as well.

Combat and enemies are also evolving, as new bosses will challenge players in arena-style encounters, while new enemies offer a refreshing variety with their special abilities. Parrying is now supported for both
weapons and shields, and a growing selection of weapons, armor, and rare unique items provides more opportunities for improved builds and playstyles. The magic system is also different due to the addition of spellbooks that allow players to cast powerful support and area-of-effect spells without using a staff, while staffs now use a charge-based system with different tiers and special abilities.

And finally, despite being an unreached Kickstarter goal, NPC villages with traders and guards are also going to be part of the game!

On top of that, a long list of quality-of-life improvements is being added, including better navigation markers, full keybinding support, quick shortcuts, and a death marker system.

With the Early Access release now officially planned for Q1 2026, the team is entering the final stretch toward release, focusing on polish, balance, and incorporating player feedback as Everwind prepares to open its skies to the community. Make sure to add the game to your Steam Wishlist

Ride as a courier who connects the largest empire in history in The Legend of Khiimori!

A five‑minute gameplay video showcases a typical day in the life of a 13th‑century Mongolian Yam courier. The Legend of Khiimorirides toward Early Access on March 3rd, 2026, on Steam and the Epic Games Store

Amstelveen, Netherlands and Munich, Germany, February 3rd, 2026 – Publisher Mindscape and Developer Aesir Interactive are excited to reveal a five-minute gameplay showcase and brand-new key art for the upcoming game The Legend of Khiimori.

The new gameplay video explains the challenges and dangers you will encounter during your deliveries. It features commentary from our experienced Design Director, Steve Bristow, who guides you through a full gameplay loop of our upcoming, system-driven Early Access version of the game.

The video shows how our system-driven gameplay allows you to shape your own experience

By system‑driven, we mean that we hand over authorship to the player. Instead of being told what the story is, players create their own through interacting systems such as movement, survival, terrain, consequences, and choice. Every decision matters, and no two self‑written stories are the same.

On top of our system-driven gameplay during Early Access, a main story and fully crafted narrative will be added for the game’s full release

Distance and time matter. Preparation decides everything!

  • Carry cargo and diplomatic messages into the far reaches beyond your nomad village.
  • Keep yourself safe from danger by strategically planning your delivery routes across the wide steppes, over snowy peaks, or through the scorching desert.
  • Prepare yourself for harsh climates, steep cliffs, and amazing landscapes by crafting essential items, and setting up camp in the untamed wilds.
  • Breed authentic horses based on real‑world horse genetics and select the perfect mount for each courier mission across the Mongolian wilderness.
  • Unlock vital equipment by increasing your Yam rank, each upgrade becoming an essential part of your next journey.
  • Keep your horse’s saddlebags well balanced to prevent your horse from sustaining life‑threatening injuries.
  • On every journey, you will face new decisions on how to overcome danger: for example, decide if you want to shoot wolves with a well‑aimed arrow or scare them away with powder pouches.
  • Unexplored ruins, challenges involving fire, weather and spirits, hostile areas and many more secrets await you in this system‑driven open world.
  • For the Early Access release, voice‑over will already be partly available in English and Mongolian. We are proud to introduce our Mongolian voice actors, who bring our characters to life with their wonderful performances!

Current Mongolian Voice Actor Cast:

  • Naraa (protagonist) – Erica Baatarbold
  • Altani – Sarantuya Dashnanzad
  • Yisu – Munkhzul Zorigt
  • Batu – Miyegombo Alexander
  • Jetei, Kuchu – Altangerel Enkhbold
  • Sartaq – Iderchuluun Jargalsaikhan
  • Usun, Tuge – Bavuudorj Batsukh
  • Additional NPCs – Ganchimeg Sandagdorj

The Legend of Khiimori launches in Early Access on Steam and Epic Games Store on March 3rd, 2026.

The full release of the game is planned on PC and consoles.
