Thursday 18th November, 2021 – Giiku Games is excited to confirm occult survival adventure Novena Diabolos from Korean developer H5DEV Games launches today on Steam.

Previously a hit in Korea, Novena Diabolos’ unique brand of mystery and horror has been fully localised for a western release, bringing the game’s gripping and multi-branched narrative to a fresh audience.

Trapped in a remote, isolated village named Hope Hill with no way of contacting the outside world, assume the role of investigative reporter Jun Sung Park as you try to uncover the chilling truth behind the impenetrable fog that surrounds Hope Hill. Collect clues and allocate your time wisely as you meet up with five women who, for various reasons, ended up in the same predicament as you. The catch? Four of them are bloodthirsty demonesses out to deceive and sacrifice you. Can you find out who the real human is in time and escape alongside her? Or will you end up as yet another sacrifice on a cold stone altar? You have nine days to make decisions that your life depends on.

Analyze the grisly murder sites to deduce which kind of demon did it. The sharp fangs of a vampire, maybe? The icy touch of death from a witch? Go over your findings and collect a plethora of books and notes containing case-sensitive information. Every playthrough shuffles the cards anew, and you can never be sure who to trust. Speaking of trust: Think you’ve got it figured out who the real human is? That’s not at all there’s to it, as you also have to build up enough trust with her in order to convince her to escape with you once the time comes.

Make different choices, meet with different people, and find more clues about Hope Hill’s chilling backstory. Indie developer Pixelpogo is thrilled to reveal the release date for their first title, a comical high-bit-style action platformer called Super Catboy. Set for release in Spring 2022, Super Catboy is a delightful and energetic action-platformer following the exploits of the titular character, Catboy. Together with the eccentric, gun-touting Weapon Girl, Catboy will jump, climb, claw, and shoot his way through dastardly mutated doggos to confront and defeat the evil Dr. Ungefug. Designed in a high-bit pixel-art style, the developers not only captured the nostalgic essence of eras’ past, but combined it with some of the best and newest ideas of the present. Today, the team is pleased to release a new video, showing viewers even more of what’s in store in Super Catboy.
