Danced Without Pants: A Musical from This Is the President

Danced Without Pants: A Musical from This Is the President

Sydney, Australia, December 17th,  2021 – So, SuperPac and THQ Nordic had a bet going on. At this point, it doesn’t really matter what it was about, but THQ Nordic lost. As a result, some of the Austrian-based publisher’s employees had to compose and perform a musical, which was first shown to a chosen group of critics earlier in 2021. What shall we say, it was so disastrous, there was no way we could release it, or show it to any living being in this galaxy.

That’s why we partnered up with actual professionals and created the musical “Danced Without Pants”, performed by Caleb Hyles and Major Attaway straight from Broadway! In the game This Is the President, you’ll visit the musical on a special night with your First Lady.

Since we all know going to the theatre never did a US President any harm, what can possibly go wrong?

Watch “Danced Without Pants” on YouTube:

You can find it out for yourself in This Is the President. This dark and gritty political thriller is available now on PC.

This Is the President on Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/730430

About This is the President

This Is the President is a satirical thriller, where the President of the USA manages the country like a mobster and tries to escape justice for past crimes. Change the fabric of the United States Constitution by persuading, blackmailing, bribing, and bullying a large part of the political system into granting you lifelong immunity.

Key features

  • Manage your approval rating, cash and crew unlike any US President before – stay on top of your presidency by any means necessary.
  • Hold speeches, draft executive orders, manage daily crises, hold press conferences, and tweet better than any President before.
  • Hire a team of assassins, hackers, lobbyists, and other specialists. Send them on dangerous missions that can be solved by legal means. If that doesn’t work, send them on dangerous missions that can be solved by illegal means.
  • Experience a compelling interactive narrative with a wide variety of choices and story branches. Will you end your term on your terms or are you just a pawn in a bigger game?
  • Rule the country as a true mobster would with a shadow cabinet that is feared and respected on a global scale.

Tactical Roguelike Deckbuilder Castle Morihisa Arrives on Steam, Nintendo Switch Early 2022

Tactical Roguelike Deckbuilder Castle Morihisa Arrives on Steam, Nintendo Switch Early 2022

BEIJING – 17 December 2021 – Castle Morihisa, the tactical roguelike deckbuilder set in a dark fantasy feudal Japan from developer Smokingbear Studio and publisher Thermite Games, arrives on Windows PC via Steam and Nintendo Switch in early 2022.

Following a military decree by the shogunate, Castle Morihisa fell silent. Rumors have it the castle’s lord set his sights on usurping the throne. As unease descends on the land, metsuke Yagyū Munenori calls upon a trusted spy to investigate and report back to the shogunate.

Trek toward the ominous castle as one of four different classes: Monk, Samurai, Onmyoji, and Ninja, each with their own distinct deck of cards. Master the Monk’s Meditation and Mantra systems to stun foes and channel karma to bolster armor. Cut down enemies with the Samurai’s katana, employing Sakura and Retaliation for massive damage. Summon Shikigami spirits and leech life with the Onmyoji’s blood magic. Stalk prey as the Ninja and unleash Mantra Sign, Kunai, and Shuriken skills in devastating combos.

Build a deck from more than 300 cards and fight against enemies inspired by Japanese folklore. Spend action points to deal damage or add armor to mitigate incoming attacks. Concoct card combos to turn the tide of increasingly harrowing battles. Overcome overwhelming odds to earn talent points to unlock game-changing passive abilities and provide an array of viable builds rife for experimentation across multiple runs.

Spend hard-earned coins at the card shop to build out the perfect deck while marching ever closer to Castle Morihisa. Encounter random events, minibosses, and more on an overworld map inspired by classic Ukiyo-e art. Commune with legendary fallen warriors, harnessing their spirits for limited, multi-use powers. Strive to reach Castle Morihisa, but do not fear failure. Each new run features randomly generated encounters for a consistently unpredictable experience.

Castle Morihisa gracefully combines the challenge of tactical deckbuilders, roguelike mechanics, and Japanese folklore into a highly replayable package,” said Zhenghang Cai, Game Producer, Smokingbear Studios. “With multiple characters, skill systems, and cards to learn and master, Castle Morhisia will challenge players on PC and Switch when it launches early next year!”

Castle Morihisa will launch on Windows PC via Steam and Nintendo Switch in early 2022 for $14.99/€12.49, with English, Japanese, French, German, Russian, Spanish, and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional)- language support. A free demo is available to download on Steam.

Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands Reveals Spellshot and Clawbringer Classes in Latest Update

Upcoming fantasy looter shooter details new environments, enemies, game mechanics, and more with fresh trailer and game guides

Hot off last week’s appearance at The Game Awards, 2K and Gearbox Software have dropped a new update on Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands®, detailing a slew of new gameplay information, including the reveal of the Spellshot and Clawbringer classes, fantastical new environments like the Weepwild Dankness, fresh details on guns and damage types, and much more.

Be sure to check out the newly released “Welcome to Wonderlands #2” trailer and Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands Game Guide for a more detailed look at each feature, as well as the second Dev Diary featuring insights from the Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands development team.

Two More Classes Unveiled

Create your perfect hero through deep appearance customization and a multiclass system that lets you mix and match six unique character skill trees. Joining the Stabbomancer and Brr-Zerker are the Spellshot and Clawbringer:

  • Spellshots are gun-toting wizards who can unleash a constant barrage of spells and bullets and transform their enemies into harmless livestock with the snap of a finger. While others may view their guns as mere weapons, the Spellshot has trained rigorously until it becomes an extension of their own magical will, weaving gun and grimoire together to enhance their spells and imbue their weapons.
  • Clawbringers are faithful warriors who bring down thunder and flames upon their enemies with a spectral hammer alongside their fire-breathing Wyvern Companion. They are an order of warriors who seek to bring heroism to the Wonderlands. Their Dragon Aura empowers their whole party with additional damage and more.

Even More Environments

There are tons of places to explore in the Wonderlands, each with their own plot missions, robust side quests, unique enemies, and more:

  • The Weepwild Dankness pose many a danger. Countless have fallen in the face of its fumes, and even more have tripped over the bajillion mushrooms and tree roots everywhere. The best advice for any adventurer would be to stay away before your face turns as purple as the shrooms! But the second-best advice is to keep your eyes open—and your nose and mouth and any other orifice you can think of closed;
  • The Fearamid holds despair and desolation so thickly, you can almost taste the sad in the air. Raised skeletons, shambling undead, and the emotionally dead skulk every corridor. The rare few heroes who enter this place should have no illusions about the task before them: to enter unprepared would be a huge mistake;
  • Mount Craw is home to a bustling gobtropolis where rowdy, nasty little Goblins and towering, tyrannical Trolls toil in the name of their subterranean deity. Not all are satisfied with their labours, however. A booger of revolution is slowly taking form in the nostrils of the workforce. It’s time to pick a side! And that booger.

Shrooms are Here!

The Wonderlands are as dangerous as they are beautiful, with a huge variety of monsters, including the ever popular shrooms:

  • Shrooms may be cute, but they only want to tear you limb from limb. Their armoured caps swing up to reveal a giant maw full of glistening teeth with your name on each one. The forest’s immune system will come at you from every direction, sending germinators to launch spores at you from afar, or powerful walking colonies to stomp you flat and flood the battlefield with fungi;
  • Goblins are the grease-glazed thumb smudges of a sugar-addled creator who just ate two gas station burritos for afternoon tea. Small and tricky, these surly little brussels sprouts wreak havoc wherever they can. They may be individually weak, but they are dangerous in large numbers. Always tinkering, Goblins are adept with all sorts of long-range weapons and gadgets;
  • Trolls like one thing and one thing only: having someone to beat up. As such, you’ll find them assisting the Dragon Lord’s skeletal horde in their war effort and wherever you find the Trolls’ feisty cousins, the Goblins. Beware their heavy clubs and hurled boulders, but keep your Ward up—a few have somehow mastered spellcasting, firmly cementing the difference between wisdom and intelligence.

New Loot and Combat Mechanics

Enjoy the story solo or start a party with up to three friends in seamless online multiplayer or local split-screen. Share the spoils or rush to get the shiniest loot with fresh details on in-game mechanics, and check out the Game Guide for even more the details:

  • Co-op. When it comes to questing, the more the merrier! Your Party of Heroes in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands can have up to four Fatemakers uniting to save the queendom. Of course, Tina wants to ensure you face a reasonable challenge regardless of party size, so the more players there are in your group, the tougher your foes will be. When jumping into the creation of a new Fatemaker, you’ll also have a choice between two options that determine how loot drops and enemy scaling are handled during multiplayer.
  • Guns. There are millions of different guns to loot across the Wonderlands, as each one is randomly assembled from a huge assortment of parts and components with their own properties. But they all belong to one of six basic categories, corresponding to the six types of ammo found across the environments;
  • Damage Types. There are five elemental damage types available to you in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands: Fire, Frost, Lightning, Poison, and Dark Magic. When squaring off against an enemy, take stock of what colour their health bar is; this will indicate what elemental damage type works best against them;
  • Wards. If you want to survive the Wonderlands, you’d be wise to seek out Wards at your earliest opportunity. When equipped, Wards envelop your Fatemaker in a swirl of shielding magic, so your soft, fleshy bits can withstand axe slashes and razor-sharp arrows with ease;
  • Rings/Amulets. Rings typically provide flat boosts to your loadout, like increases to Action Skill duration, damage or magazine size for a given gun type, Companion damage, and so on. Amulets are more likely to grant special effects, like a chance to instantly reload your equipped gun’s ammo after a melee hit. They can also increase things like Class Power and damage, whether that’s all your damage across the board or more specific avenues like gun or status effect damage;
  • Rarity. The longer you’ve been adventuring, the more familiar you are with a universal truth: not all loot is created equal. The weapons, spells, and equippable gear you find in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands come in a variety of rarities, which you can quickly identify by what colour an item glows when it drops.

Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands will launch on March 25, 2022 across Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, and PC via the Epic Games Store exclusively at launch, and on other PC digital storefronts later in 2022. Pre-orders are now available across all launch platforms, and players can also visit playwonderlands.com to register for the game’s newsletter.

Trash Sailors Navigate Through Chaotic Garbage Waters on PC Today

PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch Join the Voyage in 2022

WARSAW, Poland – Dec. 16, 2021 – Trash Sailors, the hand-drawn co-op sailing adventure where maritime explorers navigate convoluted waters, puts to sea on Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG for Windows PC today. Developers fluckyMachine and publisher tinyBuild call sailors on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch to join the crew in 2022.

The world, afflicted by a Trash Tsunami, is now enveloped in garbage as far as the eye can see. Across the horizon, couches, chairs, TVs, and more flood the world. Gather up to four shipmates through online or local multiplayer to clear the seas of robosharks, Trashkraken, and other treacherous sea beasts. Don’t let them sink the raft or, worse yet, eat the crew whole!

Rubbish is the key to survival. Use it to repair the raft and create fuel for the journey ahead. Fish for handy items others discarded while sailing through drowned cities, frozen seas, and forgotten swamps. Cast wide nets to collect pirate maps unlocking new levels and treasure chests filled with golden screws. A prized loot, they buy weapons such as laser guns to fend off mighty foes or bright lights to ward off giant spindly spiders.

Every pirate is as strong as the crew around them. With all hands on deck, assign jobs to make sure the raft never runs out of fuel, crashes into other boats and buildings, or worse, gets eaten by hungry crocodiles. Join forces to defeat arctic pirates, repair parts, and avoid sinking and becoming sea monster snacks.

Survive the utmost quest–keep friendships strong. A topsy-turvy adventure set in a colorful hand-drawn world, Trash Sailors puts even the greatest of mates to the test. A ridiculously fun experience for all ages, the game mixes whimsical cartoons and nautical tunes to create a party atmosphere full of laughs.

“Ahoy, mateys! It’s our pleasure to invite sailors everywhere to join our exploits through a junk-filled ocean,” said Piotr Karski, fluckyMachine co-founder, game designer, and programmer. “We hope Trash Sailors becomes a go-to title bringing as much fun to your family and friends as it did to ours–but maybe with a lot less fights!”

Trash Sailors is available now on Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG for Windows PC for $19.99/€19.99. It supports English, German, Russian, French, Italian, Spanish (Spain), Japanese, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese, and Simplified Chinese languages. PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch launches are planned for 2022.

For more information, visit Trash Sailors’ official website, follow @TrashSailors on Twitter and Instagram, like the game’s Facebook page, and join their trashy-licious Discord server.

With eight playable characters outfitted in iconic costumes from throughout the Marvel Universe, along with more than 400 million costume combinations per hero to choose from, players can meticulously personalize their ideal Super Heroes look while exploring archetypal locations in an Open World of massive proportions.

Since launching in August 2021, MARVEL Future Revolution has been recognized by Apple as the 2021 ‘iPad Game of the Year,’ by Google Play as the ‘Best Competitive Game’ of 2021, and by The Game Awards – receiving a nomination for ‘Best Mobile Game’ in 2021.
