FINAL FANTASY XIV Online Patch 6.18 launched on Tuesday 5th July, introducing the long-awaited Data Center Travel feature. Players are now able to visit Worlds on different data centers, before forming parties and challenging duties once there. This feature only allows for travel between logical data centers within the same physical data center. Travel between Japanese, North American, European, and Oceanian data centers is unavailable.

Train Sim World 3 will continue to break new ground in realism with new weather dynamics, longer routes, and a dedicated Training Center designed for new and experienced players alike. The latest iteration will also support add-ons from Train Sim World 2*, allowing players to carry all the routes and engines they own into Train Sim World 3 to continue playing some of their favorite content.
Train Sim World 3 features a brand-new dynamic weather system delivering beautiful volumetric skies, all powered by a new lighting system enhancing realism and immersion. Trains can now be driven through the extremes of weather – snow, thunderstorms, and even the dreaded leaves on the line, each altering the driving experience and requiring players to pay close attention to track conditions. While tiny compared to the mighty machines, leaves on the line pose serious challenges for drivers as they can greatly reduce the friction between wheels and rail that trains need to pull their heavy loads of goods or passengers.
In addition, the new Training Center feature offers a place to learn how to drive the locomotives featured in Train Sim World 3 on a brand-new route. Three routes demonstrate the variety of railway operations seen across the globe. California’s Cajon Pass, a location popular with railfans, provides the gradients to challenge BNSF’s ES44C4 and SD40-2 locomotives as they haul some of America’s longest trains from San Bernardino to Barstow. In Europe, the power is translated to pure speed as players concentrate on operating Germany’s high-speed ICE 3 and ICE 1 passenger trains across viaducts and through tunnels forming the longest route ever created in the Train Sim World franchise, the 116 mile/187 kilometer Kassel – Würzburg route.
Speed is also pivotal in the extended and enhanced version of the fan favorite Southeastern Highspeed route, depicting the English county of Kent between London, Ashford and Dartford as well as the Chatham main line. Britain’s fastest domestic passenger train, the Class 395 ‘Javelin’, joins the slower, but no less engaging, Class 375 and 465 EMUs on busy commuter services southeast of the capital.
Players of Train Sim World 2 and its add-ons will be able to continue enjoying its wealth of routes and locomotives*, ensuring a smooth transition between titles. In GRAND CROSS W, battles have erupted across the world of Skyna from the invading armies of Chaos. Players will join forces with the main hero Layla, as they build armies, construct buildings, and train troops in an effort to restore the war-torn territory. Battles can be won by summoning heroes from other worlds (the Transcendents of GRAND CROSS) and using the magical power of Lapis.
The game features large-scale, real-time, immersive siege wars across land and air. LONDON (Aug. 8, 2022)– SQUARE ENIX LTD. today announced that DRAGON QUEST TREASURES is available physically* for pre-order on the Nintendo Switch™ system starting today. The title, which follows the childhood adventures of siblings Erik and Mia from DRAGON QUEST XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age™, is set to launch worldwide for Nintendo Switch™ on December 9, 2022.
Players who pre-order DRAGON QUEST TREASURES from participating retailers will receive the following in-game items to help them on their adventure:
Chimaera Wing (x5) – Returns players to base immediately without losing any treasure
Better Buddy Bullet (x15) – Increases the likelihood of a monster wanting to join the player’s gang
Fullheal Pellet (x5) – Fully restores the HP of a single ally
DRAGON QUEST TREASURES follows Erik and his sister Mia who live on a Viking longship, dreaming of someday exploring the world for grand treasures. One night they encounter a pair of otherworldly creatures, Porcus and Purrsula, and are led to a mysterious ruin, where they come across a pair of Dragon Daggers. Upon obtaining the magical daggers, the plucky duo is whisked away to the floating continent of Draconia. This legendary land is home to monsters and countless pieces of precious loot, including seven legendary Dragonstones that are highly sought after among serious treasure hunters.
As players start their journey as Erik and Mia, they’ll learn how to fight alongside a team of monster pals and utilize their unique abilities to find hidden treasures and reach otherwise inaccessible areas. The two will also need to protect their treasure from monsters and rival gangs until they can get it back to base to be appraised. Collecting treasure will increase the player’s vault value, allowing them to expand their home base and further build up their brigade of friendly monsters.
