Meet the team and catch the gameplay trailer on the third floor
Helsingborg, Sweden, November 6th, 2026 – Independent Swedish developer Decemberborn Interactive is showing the gameplay trailer for Cathedral: Crow’s Curse, the upcoming action-adventure prequel set in the world of Cathedral, at ENDIX Expo. Visitors can find it at booth #16 on the 3rd floor of the multiplayer gaming convention, running November 6-8. The team will also be at the booth to chat with attendees on November 7 and 8, from 8-9 PM GMT.
Cathedral: Crow’s Curse is now set to release in 2027, with an exact window to be announced.
Cathedral: Crow’s Curse expands the world of Cathedral with a new story centered around Crow, a skilled Shade Sentinel first introduced as an NPC in Cathedral. As the balance of the Shade Forest begins to unravel, Crow must venture through cursed woods and forgotten ancient ruins to uncover the roots of the Sentinel order and confront the dark forces threatening its existence.
Combining tight combat, exploration, and atmospheric storytelling, Cathedral: Crow’s Curse invites players to experience a forgotten chapter of the Cathedral universe. The game builds on the original’s foundations while introducing new locations, abilities, and challenges as players uncover the mysteries surrounding the Shade Sentinels.
“We decided to take more time to make Crow’s Curse the game we want it to be than rush it out.” Said Eric Lavesson, Lead Developer at Decemberborn Interactive.“The feedback on the demo has been a big help, and ENDIX Expo is a great chance to meet players in person and hear what they’re hoping to see.”
The demo for Cathedral: Crow’s Curse is available now in English, French, Italian, German, Spanish (Spain and Latin America), and Swedish on Steam.
