Developers Another Angle Games and publisher Owlcat Games have teamed up with Japanese hypermetal band Earthists to provide a possible answer. The epic new anime- inspired trailer contains epic fight scenes, showcases the companions and delivers the obligatory training montage.
After the lost battle of Toba-Fushimi samurai turned rōnin Akira and Satoru team up with a bunch of outcasts to fulfill a dangerous mission. They get embroiled in the war between Emperor and Shōgun, encounter gods and yōkai and have to battle their own personal demons. In another world, this would be the perfect set-up for an anime. In this world, the tactical RPG Shadow of the Road will be released on March 10th, 2027.
