LOS ANGELES – SEPTEMBER 30, 2026 – Netmarble, a leading developer and publisher of high-quality games, has launched a new update for its collectible RPG Tower of God: New World. The latest update welcomes the new SSR+ Teammate, along with the return of the Family Head grade Teammate, a new event story, and various limited-time events.
[Noble Swordsman] White (Yellow Element, Warrior, Fisherman) is a powerful warrior who wields five swords inherited from his siblings. During battle, his siblings’ swords float around him, continuously damaging enemies while blocking their basic attacks. His ultimate skill delivers a Severing Slash that deals critical damage to enemies and ignores any effect that triggers upon the target’s death. His combat performance is powerful enough to reach beyond SSR+ grade and make him an OP character.
To celebrate the arrival of [Noble Swordsman] White, Tower of God: New World is hosting various events through October 14, including summon events and Tap Tap Plus. Players can acquire [Noble Swordsman] White, Black Market Tickets, Radiant Revolution Fragments and other rewards. During the same period, the Advent Summon for [Family Head] Gustang will also return, giving players another chance to obtain him.
The new event story “Khun vs. Arie Family Showdown!” has also been added. Players can experience a special story and battle stages centered on the clash between the Khun family and the Arie family, while earning rewards such as SSR+ Tower’s Blessing Break Stone and Revolution Ore through missions and the exchange shop. Four autumn-themed costumes are also returning, including [Shadow Girl] Alphine’s Blue Moon Spirit.
In addition, the update features the Growth Exchange event that allows players to exchange the growth progress of SSR+ Teammates, including Limit Break, Revolution, and Potential, with another Teammate. All players can use Growth Exchange once, while returning players who revisit the game after September 1 at 9AM (KST) will receive up to five Growth Exchange opportunities. Tower of God: New World is a collectible card game RPG based on “Tower of God,” a popular WEBTOON series that has surpassed 5 billion global views. In Tower of God: New World, players can take control of fan-favorite characters to ascend the Tower.
