Online Fantasy RPG Farever’s New Endgame Arrives Today with Call to Glory Update

A second free content update adds a Heroic difficulty mode, social features

BORDEAUX, France – Sept. 30, 2026 – Farever, the online multiplayer action RPG set in a vast fantasy open world from developer Shiro Games, adds its second major early access update today with revamped endgame content, enhanced multiplayer options and rewards, as well as key quality-of-life improvements. The Call to Glory update is now available for all Farever players.

Siagarta’s bravest adventurers can now heed the call of Heroic Mode, a new difficulty option for dungeon instances adding tougher enemies and ramped-up boss mechanics testing even the most experienced parties. The increased danger comes alongside tantalizing rewards, including Epic-tier end-game loot, dedicated achievements, and Medals of Glory, a new currency to obtain exclusive rewards.

In addition to Heroic Mode and new gear options, the update also adds a wealth of new social as well as quality-of-life changes, including:

  • Improved group rewards and loot
  • New Friend and Ignore lists, as well as additional Chat Channels
  • Player inspection mechanic in addition to other options
  • Allies can now be revived during boss battles
  • New emotes, compass, as well as group HUD
  • Reworked Rogue talent tree
  • Numerous balance and bug fixes

“This update takes Farever’s endgame experience to the next level, both in terms of rewards players can seek, and ways adventurers can interact with other swashbucklers,” said Quentin Lapeyre, Game Director. “Beyond Heroic Mode, we’ve used our community’s feedback as a guide to make the game more fun and exciting for everyone.”

Farever is available now in Early Access on PC via Steam for $19.99 and English, French, German, Spanish, Polish, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, and Simplified Chinese language support.
