Mexican Entertainment System Festival Spotlights 300+ Mexican-Made Games During Hispanic Heritage Month

Now live on Steam, the fourth annual MES festival features 300-plus games, over 200 participating studios and more than 30 exclusive trailers

Taking place during Hispanic Heritage Month, the weeklong festival showcases more than 300 games from over 200 Mexican studios, celebrating the creativity and growing influence of Mexican game developers worldwide. This year’s Mexican Entertainment System features more than 30 exclusive trailers, giving audiences a look at upcoming games, as well as new content and major updates for already released titles. Highlights include the official launch trailer for Nine to Never, a newly updated METAMORPHOSIS playtest packed with fresh story content, new enemies as well as expanded original soundtrack tracks, a closer look at Clawsome’s Japan-inspired world and a new Utopia: Birth of the Heroes video introducing guest composer Emi Evans, whose acclaimed work includes NieR: Automata, Dark Souls, and Star Wars: Visions.

MES is designed to give Mexican developers a highly visible global platform that allows audiences to discover and support their work. Throughout the festival, players can explore and wishlist hundreds of games on Steam, discover new studios and support developers whose work is helping shape the future of interactive entertainment.
