Saber Interactive and developer stillalive studios are excited to announce that Bus Bound’s third and final DLC, titled “Old Town Roads,” is available now on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S for Deluxe Edition or Bus Pass owners. Drive scenic country routes, master narrow dirt and gravel roads, serve lakeside resorts, rural country towns and working mines, and tackle new challenges behind the wheel of the rugged Horizon “Chamois” minibus!
The “Old Town Roads” DLC takes players off-grid with the introduction of two new districts: Farelane and Lake Firefly. Escape the hustle and bustle of the big city by going down the scenic route, cruising by the waterfront through the old pier, or dropping passengers off at a picturesque resort by the lake.
It won’t all be a walk in the park though. Leaving the city limits means you’ll need to carefully navigate narrow roads and uneven terrain. So why not ensure your passengers have the smoothest ride with the new Horizon “Chamois” minibus, available for all “Old Town Roads” owners! With a raised suspension and more compact form factor, this minibus is factory-equipped to excel in the rugged landscapes of the countryside.
Bus Bound also has a free update now available for all players which introduces “Open Map” mode, unlocked after players complete the “New Heights Celebration” tour. Upon starting a new game and selecting “Open Map” mode, players will be able to choose to unlock a variety of bus, perk, customization and modifier content for their next playthrough. No need to worry about roadblocks, give “Open Map” mode a test drive today!
