LOS ANGELES – SEPTEMBER 3, 2026 – Netmarble, a leading developer and publisher of high-quality games, has released a major September update for its collectible RPG Seven Knights Re:BIRTH. The update adds a new hero, an awakened hero, a new PvE mode, broad content and event improvements, and more.
At the center of the update is [Final Priestess] Hayeon, a new hero from the Guardian of the Boundary. Hayeon is a support-type hero, providing role-based support effects that allow her to contribute to teams composed of either attack- or magic-type heroes. The Hayeon Rate Up Summon and Hayeon Power Up Events are now running until October 1 to welcome the arrival of the new hero. The update also brings [Dark Lunar Witch] Velika, the awakened version of Velika designed to deliver stronger performance in Infinite Tower.
Beyond the hero additions, the September update refreshes several core systems. Stage counts for Adventure, Power Up Dungeon, and Raid have been significantly reduced, with entry materials waived until the first clear. A separate Ruby Farming stage has also been added that allows players to progress through Adventure while managing hero growth more efficiently.
Other improvements include Reserve Keys, a key system that gradually accumulates additional keys when a player’s regular keys are full, giving players extra keys to use when they return after time away from the game. A new mileage feature that grants rewards based on Pick Up Summon count has been added as well.
Events have also been reorganized with the addition of Adventurer’s Path, an intuitive event framework that consolidates previously fragmented missions. Players can complete step-based missions through regular gameplay and receive stage-clear rewards, including all five Seven Knights of Old heroes, 5★ Accessory Box Selection Box, and additional rewards designed to support new players.
A new PvE mode, Abyssal Conquest, has also been added. In this cinematic battle content, players place heroes and pets according to specific conditions, then receive scores after the battle sequence. Heroes and pets are assigned combat power based on their growth level, while bonus combat power can be earned by matching the required conditions. These conditions will change when the four bosses rotate, encouraging players to adjust their formations.
The update also includes the New Breeze Festa event where players can earn valuable rewards such as 3,000 Rubies, a Brilliant Skill Enhancement Stone, and more. The New Breeze Festa Selection Summon is now running, giving players a higher opportunity to obtain Sunran, Dongyoung, and Yoongun.
Seven Knights Re:BIRTH has officially launched on the Samsung Galaxy Store, giving Galaxy device users another way to access the game. To celebrate the launch, players can receive special rewards including a Legendary Hero Ticket III, Legendary Egg, and a Novice Adventurer’s Support Equipment Box.
