Psychological, Survival, and Puzzle-based Horror Galore!
SEATTLE, WA – June 3, 2026 — Seattle-based publisher Shoreline Games made its mark at The Horror Game Awards’ Midsummer Night’s Scream Showcase this year with the reveal of three new horror games: Dreadline Express, Sisters of Solitude, and The Funskin Project. Each title offers a different flavour of fear, from psychological dread and isolation to deeply unsettling encounters and stories based on real-life terror.
Dreadline Express
Dreadline Express is a first-person, intense psychological horror game set aboard the last human train. As you journey through a dying world, you’ll collect mysterious cards that reveal fragments of the train’s history and its passengers. Every encounter offers new clues, but the truth won’t reveal itself on its own. Speak with strange passengers and piece together a complete deck to reconstruct the story before it disappears forever. The choices you make, and the secrets you uncover, will determine how much of the truth — and you — survives the journey.
Sisters of Solitude
Based on a chilling true story, Sisters of Solitude is an isometric, pixel art detective horror game inspired by the haunting aesthetic of late 80s and early 90s 8-bit classics. Through haunting chiptune-inspired music and dream-like pixel art, you will embark on a twisted investigation inside the remains of an abandoned convent, The Order of Our Lady of Solitude. Decades ago, four sisters conspired in the dead of night to murder their Mother Superior in cold blood. Shortly after, the sisters were found dead, with no explanation.
The Funskin Project
In this highly stylized isometric survival-horror adventure, players will navigate the castle of the mysterious Baron Fetuccini after an unforgiving blizzard halts their journey. Explore varied labyrinthine environments in a non-linear way, solve puzzles and riddles, and carefully manage your resources in this survival horror game where the slightest encounter can be fatal. Meet other characters who are also trapped in the castle. Assisting them may help you unlock the secrets behind the mysterious Funskin project.
