Today’s new Steam Next Fest demo delivers a meaningful slice of Order of the Sinking Star — enough to challenge, surprise, and even spark theories of the game’s overarching mystery. Below you’ll find an overview of the demo, and why it’s one of the can’t-miss demos to check out during Steam Next Fest.
- 100+ Handcrafted Puzzles in the Demo Alone: A robust introduction to the game’s evolving mechanics and layered puzzle design. There will be over 1000 handcrafted puzzles in the full game available later this year, so this demo just scratches the surface!
- One Non-Linear Overworld, Three Magical Worlds: Come and go as you like, as you enter the Overworld, explore three magical worlds and take on a slew of mind-bending puzzles at your own pace. Each world has its own rules, heroes, and challenges — and you’ll begin to decipher the grand mystery within Order of the Sinking Star!
- Progress Carries Over: Any progress made in the demo will transfer to the full game at launch later this year, so there’s no need to worry about having to start fresh when the game’s available.
