About the Tides of Tomorrow Demo:
The Tides of Tomorrow demo is a 40 minute experience introducing the core mechanics of the full game. In this unique preview, players follow the Story-Link of a previous player, exploring a world shaped by that player’s in-game choices.
Each Tides of Tomorrow playthrough offers something different depending on the Story-Link you choose. By replaying the demo and following different players, new consequences, playstyles, and story paths can be discovered. Challenges evolve depending on prior decisions — ranging from stealth sequences and high-stakes chases to persuasion and investigative encounters.
Players will explore a plasticpunk world on the brink, meet key characters, and interact with NPCs who remember the actions of those who came before, reinforcing the game’s dynamic, choice-driven design.
Tides of Tomorrow is developed by DigixArt and published by THQ Nordic. The game will launch on April 22, 2026, for PC*, PlayStation®5, and Xbox Series X|S.

The “Online Story-Link” feature allows you to feel the impact of previous players’ choices – and leave your own lasting mark for future players. How it works:
- Every choice made by every player is recorded.
- When beginning your run, you select a Tidewalker’s Story-Link to follow: from DigixArt team members, friends, streamers, or random global players.
- You may visit the same locations, but the events, characters, and outcomes can differ entirely based on the choices made before you.
- Your own choices will become Story-Links for future players, shaping their world in return.
