July 18, 2023 (Lakewood, Col.) – Arcadegeddon, IllFonic’s original IP and the first self-published title is coming to STEAM on July 18. Currently playable on PC/Epic Game Store, PlayStation, and Xbox, STEAM fans can now stroll into the arcade to help Gilly, the owner, defend his business from a faceless mega-corporation, Fun Fun Co., which has its sights set on taking over Gilly’s Arcade. Gilly has connected all of his top arcade games, making a super game to outsmart FFC, and he needs you to play to help. Be forewarned, Fun Fun Co. has hacked the game and injected a virus that you now have to battle in multiple forms.
IllFonic is offering Arcadegeddon in a Basic and Digital Deluxe Editions on Steam. Join the Arcade fight for $14.99 USD (Basic Edition) or level up to Deluxe for an additional $9.99 USD. The Digital Deluxe upgrade includes 2,500 ARCoins, Premium Cosmetics, Digital Art Book, and Digital Soundtracks.
Arcadegeddon is an ever-evolving multiplayer roguelite shooter that allows you to play solo or with up to three friends to explore multiple biomes, mini-games, find hidden chests, and defeat numerous enemy types and boss levels. With over six biomes (maps) to explore, Arcadegeddon is a co-op multiplayer experience that provides a mix of PVE and PVP experiences for all different play speeds. As you continue to play, you can take on additional challenges from the local “gangs” that hang out in Gilly’s Arcade. These will earn you much more than street cred. Speaking of street cred, earn your spot on the global leaderboards.
