A new season featuring a variety of exciting activities, exclusive rewards and live events taking place every week for 13 weeks.
Sydney, Australia – Jun 28th, 2023 – Today, Ubisoft announced that the Season 7 of Riders Republic is launching on PlayStation®5*, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One (includes enhanced features on Xbox One X), PlayStation®4 (includes enhanced features on PlayStation®4 Pro), and PC via the Ubisoft Store and the Epic Games Store, Ubisoft Connect, Steam and Ubisoft+.
With new events, activities and rewards, this season offers an update that will take Riders Republic to the next level. All careers are now available for linear progression, live areas will make way for the Ridge, a brand-new type of live event for Riders to experience, and a revised introduction is now designed to enhance the experience for new players.
This season, an updated introduction will make the game more accessible for newcomers. Reduced from 1h to 10 minutes, this new introduction allows each player to experience the game as soon as possible, with all careers now open to players as soon as they clear the introduction, so everyone can experience the game on their own terms.
Career progression will also be totally different for Riders this season. Progress will be linear within each career, for a smoother experience similar to the BMX career. Plus, it’s no longer necessary for players to meet the minimum threshold of stars or other requirements to practice their favourite sports on the Ridge.
A brand-new feature will also be available this season: live areas, a limited playzone with a score goal and weekly challenges. These areas are the perfect destination for players looking for the biggest thrills and a chance to fine tune their unique strategies to achieve objectives and earn rewards.
Season 7 also offers weekly LIVE EVENTS. In addition to fresh exclusive live events, new modifiers have been added to help players find the experience that best suits them. Search for #CHILLIN for a relaxing ride, or rediscover your favourite events with new equipment, toys, twists and other surprises. LIVE EVENTS also offer exclusive weekly challenges for players who want to complete them all to help them earn the master reward.
A new collaboration with SICK! and NINEYARD is coming, with outfits available in the shop and through seasonal progression. These collaborations offer unique equipment such as FACTION signature skis, BMX clothing from KINK and CULT or a new model VANS shoes.
