Namco Bandai Holdings has chosen that the best way to coalesce their work force is to merge all of their game making talent into a single studio. Starting on April 2nd Namco Bandai will now handle every franchise that they have been working on since their creation. This includes franchises such as Tekken, Soulcalibur, the Tales series and much more.
Employees will all be moved over to Namco Bandai Studio and all of them put together will reach 1,000 people. Namco Bandai is doing this because they believe it will help speed up game development and increase the creative efficiency of the team.
