Portal 2 to receive free DLC named ‘Peer Review’ on October 4th

Puzzle Xbox 360 Playstation 3 PC FPS News EA

If you need any reason to play Portal 2 besides to enjoy the puzzle gameplay as well as the unique comedy contained in the game, then how about completely free DLC. Valve announced earlier today that they will be releasing the free DLC next month on October 4th on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.

The DLC is going to be named Peer Review and will provide more missions for P-Body and Atlas and even give GLaDOS a bit of screen time as well. There are a few leaderboard single player and co-op missions to see who will be able to obtain the best time. So better dust off that copy of Portal 2 because it is going to be getting some playtime next week.

Awesome. I’m really surprised that Microsoft is letting them do free DLC. There are usually issues when that happens.

    So free DLC. WOO!
Now if I just had Portal 2.

No matter, I’ll get the free DLC and then the game when I get a chance.

I still am yet to play Portal 2! It is just sitting there in my steam list staring at me. Along with Portal, which I am yet to finish.

On the plus side, I’ll get the content regardless and enjoy it when I finally play it 😀

We own the orange box on the 360 and on PC, and I downloaded Portal when it was free on Steam. I have yet to even try the game at all.

I’m a little worried about motion sickness. I’ve watched it being played and helped solve puzzles in it, so I’ve passively played it. I think I should be okay with the first one, the second one looks more nauseating though.
