I have the oppurtunity to get the 4S in February or March, but my friend says the next iPhone is coming this spring/summer… Should I wait or spring for it?

dont waste you money on that rubbish, do you really need a new phone? i mean, doesnt the one you have at the moment do everything you need it to do?

Honestly you could probably wait a bit and it would drop the price. There hasn't been any news at the moment about a new phone but you know with Apple, another one is just around the corner.

There is ALWAYS another iphone around the corner. If you don't have an iphone now I'd say look for an older model that does everything you want it to do. If you have one and it's meeting your needs, don't bother with a new one.
It's all personal preference of course, but if you want to save money don't feel like you have to have the latest and greatest of everything, just get something that meets your personal needs. :)

As soon as you buy a iPhone 4S…within a few weeks iPhone will be announced
Apple are like this, same with the iPod Nanos/Classics/Touch/shuffle back in the day, ever year a new model with slightly better features gets released.
I reckkon just wait for the iPhone 5 at the end of the year
