Izanagi Games has announced that the next game from Danganronpa series creator Kazutaka Kodaka is a full motion video game called Death Come True. The game will be releasing in Japan sometime in 2020 and while no platforms have been announced it has been revealed that the main character will be named Makoto Karaki and will be played by the same actor that played Makoto Naegi in the Danganronpa stage play.
The description of the game so far has it set inside of a hotel where the protagonist is wanted for a series of murders but also has no memories at all. To make things stranger, he has the ability to “Time Leap” to return to the past whenever he dies. As a criminal on the run he must try to find out who he can trust and find the truth behind his own character through the horror of multiple deaths and repeats.
