Today during Microsoft’s E3 press conference Bandai Namco and FromSoftware have announced that Elden Ring is currently being developed for release on the Xbox One, PC, and PlayStation 4 sometime in the future.

The company describes Elden Ring as a fantasy action-RPG adventure set within a world created by Hidetaka Miyazaki and George R.R. Martin. Plot details are currently unknown outside of the announcement trailer below but it is said that danger and discovery will once again lurk around every corner in what is described as being FromSoftware’s largest game so far.

FromSoftware president Hidetaka Miyazaki said, “Collaborating with George R.R. Martin to create the Elden Ring mythos has been a genuinely delightful experience and a source of wonderful inspiration. The team is working hard to ensure that the world of Elden Ring will be a fascinating place for players to explore, filled with peril and wonder from its furthest reaches to its lowest depths. This is a From Software title through and through, rich in fantasy and RPG action. We sincerely hope you look forward to it.”

After playing games since a young age and getting into anime a bit later on its been time to write about a little bit of everything.
