New look Foxtel Now app comes to PlayStation®4 just in time for Game of Thrones season seven 

Foxtel today announced that its newly launched Foxtel Now service has landed on PlayStation®4 just in time for the epic premiere of Game of Thrones season seven. The news comes just days before the latest instalment of HBO’s hotly anticipated fantasy drama is due to arrive, exclusively, for Foxtel subscribers, on Monday 17 July at 11am AEST, same time as the US.

From today, PlayStation 4 owners can download the new Foxtel Now app from PlayStation®Store to their PS4™ or PS4™Pro and subscribe to Foxtel Now at www.foxtelnow.com.au. The Foxtel Now app will bring subscribers all of the drama and intrigue spanning the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros, as well as the best in entertainment, sports, comedy, kids programming and drama, in beautiful HD^.

Foxtel Now is Foxtel’s newly revamped, internet delivered subscription TV service, offering low cost way to sign up and stream Foxtel, instantly. Foxtel Now features low-priced and flexible bundles that ensure subscribers have greater freedom and access to sign up to Foxtel’s incredible content with no set up costs and the ability to cancel at any time.

Foxtel Now’s Drama and Pop packs both feature the showcase channel, which airs the award-winning Game of Thrones, meaning fans of the series can enjoy the upcoming Game of Thrones season 7, along with every episode from seasons 1-6, plus other hit programming such as Big Little Lies, Wentworth, Veep, Silicon Valley, Westworld and more, for only $15 per month.

Foxtel Now features a brand new user interface, the addition of HD streaming on select devices^ and the ability to stream via Telstra TV, Google Chromecast, iOS and Android mobiles and tablets, PC/Mac via the Google Chrome browser and from today on PlayStation 4.

Additional devices will continue to be updated in the coming months, until then, other devices, including PlayStation 3, Xbox One and select Smart TVs are able to stream Foxtel content in SD via the Foxtel Play app.

Foxtel Now has five entry level packs to match viewers’ interests including Drama and Pop packs priced at $15 per month each or $25 for both. Lifestyle, Docos and Kids packs are available at $10 per month each.

Foxtel Now’s Movies pack is available for $20 per month in addition to an entry level pack and the Sports pack is available for an extra $29* per month, meaning Sports lovers can now get access to Foxtel’s incredible sports programming for a little as $39 per month.

Foxtel Now subscribers have access to all linear services in the tier along with all of the on-demand, catch up and library content available to that tier plus mobile and tablet access via the Foxtel Now app.
