Just yesterday we learned that Tequila Works was planning on releasing Rime sometime in May for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC and now it appears that it will at least be released physically for a couple of those platforms as well as digitally. Not only has the official website for the game been updated with new information but various online retailers are listing retail copies of the game on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 for $29.99.
The new information about the game involves talking about the story where players control a young boy who has awakened on a mysterious island after a shipwreck. You see wild animals, long-forgotten ruins and a massive tower that beckons you to come closer. Armed with your wits and a will to overcome, and the guidance of a helpful fox, you must explore the enigmatic island and unlock its closely guarded secrets.
