Ubisoft announced today that they will be remastering Assassin’s Creed II, Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood, and Assassin’s Creed Revelations for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Bundled with all the single player DLCs, the trio of games will be released as Assassin’s Creed: The Ezio Collection. Ubisoft has not been entirely clear what their remastering will entail beyond “enhanced graphics and post-processing techniques.” In addition to the games, the collection will also contain Assassin’s Creed Lineage, a live action short film starring Ezio’s father, and Assassin’s Creed Embers, the animated short film that introduces Chinese Assassin Shao Jun.
Assassin’s Creed: The Ezio Collection will launch on November 17, 2016 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. An exclusive collector’s edition featuring a bust of Ezio, lithographies, and soundtracks for all three games will be available through the Uplay shop.
