As we learned during E3, Sony is planning on releasing the PlayStation VR headset on October 13th and Koei Tecmo has just announced that those who decided to pick up Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 (whether in Japan or through importing) will be finding a brand new feature in the game for those who decide to buy the head-set as well. The company has announced that on October 13th Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 will be updated with virtual reality-support and that even the free-to-play version will be updated so fans can try it out.

Koei Tecmo went on to say that they are adding a number of other updates in the future, including a “heart-pounding attention” set of items, photo paradise to allow for players to take photos in a brand new mode, and of course plenty of new swimsuits for the cast of characters.
