Nexon Group Announces Strategic Partnership with NAT Games and the global launch of Mobile Blockbuster RPG HIT

TOKYO – April 15, 2016 – NEXON Co., Ltd. (“Nexon”) (3659.TO), a worldwide leader in free-to-play online and mobile games, today announced that its consolidated subsidiary, NEXON Korea Corporation (“Nexon Korea”), has entered into a strategic partnership with mobile game developer NAT Games.

Renowned for its outstanding game development expertise, NAT Games is a mobile game development company led by Yong-Hyun Park, who developed popular PC Online MMORPG, Lineage II and TERA. NAT Games’ first mobile title HIT (Heroes of Incredible Tales) is a fully-3D mobile action RPG in which players become knights to save a world covered in total darkness. Using Unreal Engine 4, HIT provides the highest quality graphics available on mobile and the highly-customizable “skill tree system”. HIT‘s unique “skill tree system” offers immensely satisfying combat through powerful aerial combos, throwing moves, and smashing takedowns. With a story-driven campaign mode, a free-for-all arena (up to 6 players), and massive raids, HIT was launched in Korea on November 18, 2015. It became the top selling game in both Google Play and App Store the following day. With 5 million total downloads, Nexon will launch HIT globally in 2016.
