A TIMELESS CELEBI APPEARS FOR THE POKÉMON 20TH CELEBRATION

London, 1 March 2016— Pokémon is celebrating 20 years, and a second Mythical Pokémon is joining the party—Celebi! First distributed to Pokémon Gold andPokémon Silver for the Game Boy Color, the Mythical Pokémon Celebi is once again available for a limited time via Nintendo Network.

Available until March 24, players of the Pokémon Omega Ruby, Pokémon Alpha Sapphire, Pokémon X, or Pokémon Y video games can receive Celebi and add this Psychic- and Grass-type Mythical Pokémon to their party. This powerful Lv. 100 Celebi knows the moves Confusion, Recover, Heal Bell, and Safeguard—moves Celebi originally knew when it made its debut—and it also comes with the Ability Natural Cure.

Pokémon TCG fans can also celebrate with the brand-new Pokémon TCG: Mythical Pokémon Collection—Celebi which will be available from 14 March. The collection includes a special Celebi promo card and a pin of the Mythical Pokémon. It also contains two Pokémon TCG: Generations booster packs and a Pokémon TCG Online code card.

The celebration continues with a special digitally remastered version of the fourth Pokémon movie, Pokémon 4Ever. Strange forces surround the Mythical Pokémon Celebi, and Ash must discover their secrets in this full-length feature film available on Pokémon TV from 7 March.
