While Onechanbara Z2: Chaos is set to be released in North America today for the PlayStation 4 by XSEED, gamers in Europe have only had a vague release window of Fall to work with from NIS America. Thankfully they won’t even have to wait until fall as NIS America has announced that they will be releasing Onechanbara Z2: Chaos in Europe digitally and at retail on August 28th.
Currently it is unknown if the special “Banana Split” retail edition, which includes the game’s soundtrack, an art book, and codes for special “Strawberries & Bananas” costumes, will be offered as the physical release in Europe like it was in North America.
