During Microsoft’s E3 2015 press conference Phil Spencer took to the stage to announce something that most next-gen fans have been hoping for ever since the consoles were released. He announced that the Xbox One will be getting backwards compatibility this holiday season with a hundred titles being supported at launch and many more set to be supported in the future.

Both physical and digital games will be supported with the backwards compatibility and although the program will launch fully this holiday season, members of the Preview Program can start accessing a limited number of titles today, though what titles will currently be supported were not revealed but he did show off the original Mass Effect to prove his point.
