The Xbox One is not the only console getting the 1 TB treatment. The PlayStation 4 Ultimate Player Edition will be packing a 1 TB hard drive, allowing gamers plenty of room for all their free games from PlayStation Plus with some more to spare for pre-ordered games that automatically download so they can be ready when the game launches. Until now, the biggest hard drive available was a measly 500 GB.
Australians can expect the PlayStation 4 Ultimate Player Edition to hit the shelves of their local retailer on July 15th, 2015. The recommended retail price will be $549.95 AUD. Europeans will be able to get their hands on the 1 TB units around the same time as Australia, but no word on exactly when North Americans will get the 1 TB units.Related Articles for this post below:
