If you were a fan of Nintendo Power back in the early ’90s you may remember that a Legend of Zelda comic book was included in some issues of the magazine.
Drawn by Shotaro Ishinomori, these chapters were eventually collected into a single volume manga release back in 1993 but since that initial printing, The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past’s manga has been completely out of print.
Well, that is going to change quite soon as Viz Media has announced that they will be bringing The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past’s manga to store shelves once again.
This full color release follows the story of the NES title with added story elements and although it has not been priced yet, it will be released sometime in May this year under Viz’s Perfect Square imprint.
