The Other Guys was one of the funniest movies of 2010 and that was in no small part to the excellent buddy-cop antics of Will Ferrell (Anchorman) and Mark Wahlberg (Transformers: Age of Extinction). Well, now the two areteaming up once again for “Daddy’s Home” which follows a mild-mannered radio executive (Ferrell) who strives to become the best step-dad to his wife’s two children, but complications ensue when their freewheeling and freeloading real father (Wahlberg) arrives, forcing him to compete for the affection of the kids.
Daddy’s Home is set for filming later this year and is being being produced by Paramount Pictures in conjunction with Red Granite Pictures and is being slotted in for a 2015 release.
