Today during their latest Nintendo Direct Nintendo announced that Splatoon will be released in the second quarter of 2015 and alongside this announcement the company also shared a trailer showing off the game’s single player mode which pits the squids against a strange set of enemies.
Splatoon has previously been revealed as a four on four multiplayer shooter where teams must compete to cover the arena with ink and now that this single player mode has been revealed it looks like it has quite a bit more to offer.
