London, UK: Square Enix Ltd., the publishers of SQUARE ENIX® interactive entertainment products in Europe and across PAL territories, has today announced LIGHTNING RETURNS™: FINAL FANTASY® XIII will go on sale for one hour as a special exclusive on February 13th at GAME.
On the 13th February at 13:00, LIGHTNING RETURNS: FINAL FANTASY XIII will be on sale for one hour at 13 GAME Stores across the country – the game will be available on general release on 14th February. The main celebrations will be taking place at GAME in Hamleys of Regent Street, where there will be special guests and a range of prizes to be won.
The event is being held to celebrate the release of the latest in what is the most beloved, highest-selling role-playing game franchise in the world. In LIGHTNING RETURNS: FINAL FANTASY XIII, the world is sinking into a sea of chaos and in thirteen days, nothing will remain. After centuries in crystal stasis, a hero has awoken – a legendary warrior on a god-given mission to save the souls of mankind. Her name: Lightning.
As an extra special treat for all at the London event, legendary FINAL FANTASY developers Yoshinori Kitatse, Producer, and Yuji Abe, Game Design Director, will be in attendance and signing copies of the game for a limited time only while stocks last.
