Kids On The Slope. Music and a coming of age story is a winning combo.

  • george

The correct answer is all three because all of them are terrific titles and have great packaging, but Kids On The Slope stands out for me because as little as he does, Shinichiro Watanabe does amazing work. Nothing is spared in a Watanabe production – story, character, music, emotion, animation, acting – it’s all top of his game, and radically different with each production.

I’m very excited Hanabee acquired Kids On The Slope, as justice is done to the material.

it’d be awesome to score that kids on the slope, as the front cover suggests its about musicians and being a musician who has never watched anime this arouses my interest severely. It’d be a perfect gateway to get into anime as it has two of the things i love, music and colours! cheers guys

I would love to win Hakuoki, because I love the genre and I can’t wait to see the latest release.

id like to win Kids in the slope, ive been getting alot of good feedback from it and from what ive read on the reviews, its has a nice plot line and compared to the other animes with music included, this seems to top them all even though i havent watched it yet. I’d really like to though, we have a new 3d samsung tv that is begging for some anime to be on it, high quality anime is just so much more enjoyable.. <3

A josei romance with a musical bent from the acclaimed Watanabe/Kanno duo? Only Kids on the Slope can fill the note-shaped void left by Nodame Cantabille; whose lack of licensing here in Australia is one I’m still disappointed over.

It is said that music is food for the soul, therefore, kids discovering themselves and forging friendships through jazz music must be the purest sort. So please, feed me.

I would like this for little Evan !

Nisemonogatari Part 1, simply because I’m dying to see more after the incredible Bakemonogatari series – no doubt one of my favourite series ever for wayyyyy too many reasons to list (the art and animation style, the characters, and the humour just to name a few)!

Hauoki cause it is such an awesome anime about supernatural stuff and a daugther trying to find her father.

  • Competition has ended! Contacts to the following winners:
