What was the purpose of releasing yet another Playstation 3 model? The console has been out for over 6 years now and it is definitely a little too late in the game to jump in for the uninitiated, what with the apparent 4th iteration of Sony’s black box on the horizon. Despite it being a relatively pointless model update, it isn’t a bad version of the PS3 itself, in fact it is the best yet, but the fact that a new version of such an old console was re-re-released this late in the game is simply lame.
