NBA 2K13 is promoted often with the use of Jay Z’s face or his music, so much so that it came to the point where one would be forgiven for wondering if this was more about Jay Z than it was a NBA game. Jay Z was literally all over the promotion of this game and that was not a good thing, it distracted from the actual game itself and put far too much emphasis on stroking a rappers ego.
