Nintendo have finally confirmed when the hotly anticipated Nintendo 3DS Animal Crossing game will hit North American and European stores. Their Nintendo Direct conference has confirmed that Animal Crossing: New Leaf will see a release on the 9th of June, 2013 for North America and on the 14th of June, 2013 for Europe and Australia.
Animal Crossing: New Leaf was released last year in Japan and has since went on to become one of the most popular 3DS games in the country, far exceeding sales expectations and becoming quite the phenomenon.
