Some of you may have remembered that Bethesda’s big QuakeCon event happened this past weekend and with it they released a few new images of the companies upgraded version of DOOM 3, the DOOM 3 BFG Edition, which will feature newly upgraded graphics, trophy/achievement support and much more extra content to ensure DOOM fans get the most bang for their buck.
The images can be seen below and in them players can see a number of the game’s graphical enhancements as well as an advertisement for the Lost Mission content which will be included exclusively in the newly upgraded game when it is released to stores on October 16th for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.
