When it was announced a few months ago that director Takashi Miike would be working on a live action adaptation of Capcom’s Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, many people were right to be a bit concerned. This is usually due ot the fact that most game to movie adaptations end up being truly terrible, but the above image released today seems to put those concerns to rest.
The image above looks like a mirror image of what players see in Phoenix Wright, which is a great sign because the movie is going to be released in Japan on February 11th thanks the teaser site launched today as well. Currently there are no plans for a localization of the movie, though some sort of Western DVD release could still be in the cards.
