Clash of the Titans Screens and Release Date

Shown on the silver screen April 2nd, you will soon have the chance to play Clash of the Titans on your own console.  Not the movie of course but the game.  Namco Bandai is bringing Clash of the Titans the game to both the Xbox 360 and the PS3 in the US late next month on July 27th.

You will be placed in the boots of Perseus as he makes his adventure through what happened in the movie and journey beyond the screen to fight new bosses and experience the missions of the Quest mode. Not only that but you will have the ability to slay your fellow demigods with over eighty different types of sub weapons that you can customize yourself. You may also journey with a friend in co-op so you can put over eighty different types of monsters to rest.

The movie itself was action packed and had plenty of mythical creatures and demigods to be slain, but the addition of newer ones outside of the movie, possibly reaching over a hundred types is definitely going to set this movie game apart. Also look at the release dates of the two? Notice the difference? Your standard movie game will be released either the same time the movie comes out, or even a few weeks before. The extra time that Namco Bandai is taking on this release will hopefully show in the polish.
